How do I place an order on your site?
It's easy! Here's how:
- Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or brand.
- Select your desired piece and click "Add to bag." Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under "summary".
- Sign in to your account or if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout or make an account.
- Enter your address, payment method, and delivery details to complete your order. That's it - we'll confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.
Which payment methods are available online
You can pay with any VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We are working on adding more payment options as we go.
By buying online, do I benefit from the same offers available in store?
Prices and promotions online are based on prices and promotions available in-store. There can be additional limited time offers online and offline, you have to stay connected and you can sign-up to the newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage.
Are all products available in store also available online?

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Follow the "Forgot your password?" link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You'll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive Steen & Strøm email updates?
For your orders, you will receive transactional emails as your item(s) are picked up in store and shipped or made available through Click & Collect.
In order to stay informed of new arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions by managing your preferences in “My Account.” If you do not have an account, you can sign-up to our newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage.
Are all products available in store also available online?
Currently, not all products available in Steen & Strøm are available online. Our teams are working tirelessly to bring you all the products and there are often product drops so stay posted!
Are you going to have my size again?
You can be the first to know! Just make sure you add the product to your Wishlist, then you will be notified if a sold-out item becomes available again.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles, and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations. But remember that you can use our "Click and Collect."
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective Steen & Strøm box.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
This varies depending on the size, weight, and destination, and the cost will appear at the checkout. The good news is we offer free shipping for orders above NOK 1,500. We also have "Click & Collect" where you can pick up your products on the 5th floor of Steen & Strøm for free.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within two business days. Delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided through email.
How does Click and Collect work?
You will find the Click & Collect on the 5th level at Steen & Strøm and it will have the same opening hours as the rest of the store. We will keep your order(s) for 14 business days.
Opening hours - Mon-Fri: 10-20, Sat: 10-19, Sun: 14-18
What is Steen & Strøm's returns policy?
We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We also provide a free service for all returns to our Click & Collect on the 5th floor at Steen & Strøm.
All returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Shoes:
When trying on shoes, please ensure not to scratch the soles on hard surfaces or mark the shoe box. Returns must include the original shoe box, dust bag, and be placed inside a protective cardboard box during delivery.
Lingerie and Jewelry:
All bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Bags:
Please be cautious when handling light-colored bags around dark clothing, as color transfer can occur. Bags showing discoloration due to dye transfer will be considered damaged and are not eligible for return.
Food:
All food items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Technology Products:
For technology items, products with broken seals, such as sealed audio or video recordings and software, are non-returnable. Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons, like in-ear headphones, also cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Additionally, digital content and licenses are non-returnable once you have expressly agreed to the start of delivery and waived the right of return.
How can I return in-store?
If you would prefer to drop off your return, prepare your package with any original documents and take it to "Click & Collect" on the 5th floor of Steen & Strøm, with your return form.
Does my order need to be returned in the Steen & Strøm box it arrived in?
We recommend returning your item in the Steen & Strøm box provided, but if you're unable to do that, please find a suitable box so that the items are returned in perfect condition. Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, including original packaging and branded boxes.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will typically appear within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider and which return method you choose. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, it needs to meet the conditions of our Return & Refunds Policy.
I received a damaged package, what should I do?
If you received a damaged package, we are very sorry and we hope we can help you promptly. Please send a photo of the damaged package to customer service (info@steenogstromoslo.no). Our team will then lead you through the process.
